6 Pack Recap

Last Week: 9-3

Total: 33-32-3

Back over .500. Yeah, I’m thinking I’m back. We are on a heater, folks. I hope you jumped on the wagon and enjoyed that 9-3 last week. Let’s go through a breakdown of my breakthrough.

K-State @ Texas Tech: Loss

Well, this isn’t a fun way to start the breakdown. My favorite team losing during my comeback week. Tough. Can Tech every play a whole game without a quarterback getting injured? I can’t really blame Jake Strong, he is a freshman thrown into an impossible spot. All that being said, Tech hung around and still had a chance. For the Red Raiders to have success, we need to lean heavily on Tahj Brooks. FEED TAHJ! Morton should be back next week, hopefully we get back on track.

Kansas @ Oklahoma State: Win

Bowman and the boys got it done. I said it earlier, this Oklahoma State team is a Dark Horse for the Big 12. Too many people counted them out early. They are for real. Now that they stuck to one quarterback the offense is humming.

This will be a team to keep an eye on going forward. The schedule lines up favorably for the Cowboys for the rest of the year. I wouldn’t be surprised if this team makes the blog a few times going forward.

BYU @ TCU: Loss

BYU got boat raced. I still don’t think TCU is any good at all. BYU might just be that terrible. Why would you guys let me take BYU in this game? We never had a chance in this one. I will still fade TCU going forward, I don’t care that they dominated a terrible BYU team. Hopefully Texas Tech can do the same thing to the cougars next week.

Iowa @ Wisconsin: Win

This team has been very profitable for me this year. I pick them about every week and they keep coming through. The offense is so terrible that we continue to get value on then week in and week out. I’m ride or die at this point. This is electric football. I wish every game ended with the winning team scoring 15 points. Keep laughing at Iowa, but they will win the Big 10 West. I hope they manage to win the Big 10 Title game, make the playoffs, and then fire Brian Ferentz for not averaging over 25 points a game. That would be a fun scenario.

Troy @ Army: Win

What a great performance by the Troy Trojans. Army wanted to impose their will on Troy… That did not work out. Troy was the much more physical team. Don’t sleep on these Fun Belt teams, holding Army scoreless on the road is not something to ignore.

Miami @ UNC: Win

Keep fading Miami. They are getting everything they deserve after not kneeling out the game against Georgia Tech. That is just too much to overcome mentally. I think we will see them struggle again next week as well. This will be a common theme for me going forward. FADE MIAMI.

There is the 6 pack Recap. What a great week. Don’t worry if you missed out; there is still room on the band wagon. I love the board next week, I’m looking at over 30 plays. Don’t worry, I’ll hold the blog to 12…. 13, maybe 14 I’m not sure yet. You will want to read it.
